30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with RemoteShield for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@remoteshield.com.au with your name and the email address you used when purchasing. We'll process your refund within 5 business days.

You don't need to provide a reason, but if something wasn't working properly we'd appreciate hearing about it so we can improve the product for others.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your RemoteShield license will be deactivated. The software will continue to function in trial mode (if trial days remain) or will stop blocking remote access tools. You're welcome to uninstall the software at any time via Windows Settings or the uninstall option within the app.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Annual Subscriptions

RemoteShield is sold as an annual subscription. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of each payment, including renewals. If your subscription renews and you no longer wish to continue, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your protection remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Reseller Purchases

If you purchased RemoteShield through a reseller or IT support provider, please contact them directly for refund assistance. They may have their own refund policies in addition to our guarantee.
